Entaste Welcomes Casal de Catalunya in Buenos Aires

Rooted deep within Buenos Aires history, Casal de Catalunya has been an integral part of Catalan-Argentine culture. Part museum, historical building, cultural center, Margarita Xirgu theater, and restaurant, this legendary establishment located in the heart of San Telmo is well known for both their traditional Spanish cuisine and charming, royal decor.

Housed in a magnificent Catalan-style mansion, Casal de Catalunya has become one grand tribute to Catalonia’s culture with the Barcelonian-style neogothic architecture and Catalonian art work displaying significant figures throughout their history. The restaurant boasts a spectacular Spanish menu filled with authentic dishes like small tapas plates consisting of tortilla española, fresh oysters and gambas al ajillo. It’s near obligatory to try dishes like the paella, a massive steaming cast iron pan filled with fresh shrimp and mussels, or a luxurious cochinillo (suckling pig) that is carved tableside. Entaste is proud to welcome this historic restaurant!
